Nice staff, good location, great river cruise. We saw local money, birds, proboscis money, orangutan …Dingkai is a very good chef and the food is delicious, Khai is a knowledgeable guide and he can always find the animals and birds quickly, Na-in is a good captain as we met a heavy rain at morning cruise.Grace always makes everything comfortable.Good transport arrangement.

It was more than the property - it was the overall experience that was amazing! The conservation focussed owner and has family went above and beyond expectations to ensure everyone was happy! They even organised private transportation for us to get there from Sandakan (cheaper then grab) and then personally drove us to Lahad Duta and got us mini bus transport to Tawau. The tours were great and only included their guests. We got to see so much - including Elephants up close. We chose all meals included and the price was a third of the prices I’d seen advertised as package deals. Whatever you need - just ask them!

Fantastic place to explore the wildlife around Kinabatangan River. Jaidi, our guide, had an amazing eye for spotting animals. Kids and adults thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The food was excellent, with a great variety and quality. Service throughout the property was good—staff were friendly and attentive. I was especially impressed by how eco-friendly the place is; it's clear they prioritize sustainability. A special mention goes to the guide, who was absolutely amazing—extremely knowledgeable and made our experience truly memorable. Highly recommended!

The team here are incredible. Bam helped organise and explain things ahead of arrival and his sons were incredible on the wildlife tours. Spent most of our time Zaide who had great knowledge and went out of his way to give us the best experience. The food was great and the rooms were all we needed. We had such a good time at this special place.

Amazing place. Everything really clean, installations were perfect, amazing breakfast and friendly staff. We had not enough cash to pay everything and todo our trip back to KK , so the owner offered different options to solve it. We did boat tours with them and the staff there was really good as well. As a tip: Bring enough cash to pay as there is no ATM in town.

It was an amazing experience!! We had Ryan as our guide, lucky us! He was always concerned that we could see as many animals as possible, and he could spot animals with great ease. We saw 4 out of 5 of the Big Five thanks to his determination! Terima Kasih Ryan 😊 In addition, the accommodation was very cozy, the staff was friendly, the food was good and there was great communication regarding the transfer! Totally recommend!!👌

This is such an amazing place. The location is amazing surrounded by the jungle and the river. The staff was extremely thoughtful. Their coffee was good. The food was probably the best I have had during my whole Borneo trip. The cruises are great. Saw many wildlife including a wild Orangutan.. So amazing to be there. It has a cosy and homely vibe to it. I would definitely come back if I get the chance.
