It is well located in a comercial area with services and restaurants. Although a busy area at daytime is very quiet at night and also safe. We chose to stay here to go to the rock climbing spots around Batu Caves and it was perfect location. To go to the city center is a bit far away. But you just grab a taxi and get there in 30 minutes. We booked online a double room but booking.com didn’t show which rooms had windows or not so when we arrived and saw our room without window and smelled like cigarettes, we went to the counter and Dini kindly helped us to upgrade to a window room (for that you have to choose triple room or 2 double beds) paying the difference. The room we got was clean, comfortable beds and had a TV to which we connected our laptop or phone to watch movies (we bought a cable in one of the shops close by). The bathroom, though small, is functional and has hot shower. Plenty of restaurants to choose around the area.

Very nice for a stay to be close to the Batu Caves. The location is a bit remote if you just come for the caves, however we arrived late and decided to stay nearby. The hotel is one of the cleanest and nicest we had in KL so far! Extra bonus points for the free water refill (hot and cold). Staff was also very friendly and helpful.
