Very very kind! We just accidentally entered another Sama Sama instead of the one that we booked since the customs and policemen in the airport just pointed at this. They kindly adjusted everything and helped us to rebook and cancel the previous one for free! Room is perfect for 6 hour stay and to sleep in perfect conditions of silence since the rooms are well soundproofed and clean!

I just stayed there during transit at KLIA2. The location is perfect, just a few minutes walk to and from the terminal. Check-in was fast and easy. The room and facilities had all one needs. Nothing to complain about.

Hotel staff is super friendly. They give you the best service possible. Unfortunately there was a incident where our room was assigned to a another guest and they opened the door while we were in it. After we raised this with the management, they came and apologized and arranged us a free airport transfer (personal one, not the coach) as a complimentary. Of course mistakes happen, so definitely this one incident won't downgrade this hotel. Also, don't get confused, there are two Tune Hotels (similar names but same hotel chain I guess). This one is closer to KLIA terminal and other one is right next to KLIA2. But there is a coach which comes in every 2 hrs to other hotel at KLIA2 which will take you to the hotel. So it doesn't really matter. But the one in KLIA2 has easy access to the air port.
