My kids love it so much! Friendly stuff, Play zone for kids, welcoming drinks, convenient guest parking, 2 nice swimming pool at top floor that can view the city and gym room facilitated with working equipments. Having parking in the basement is very convent IMO. So no battle with the elements when transferring luggage to the room. Changing the date and Check in process is seamless. Room is massive is an understatement. Also separate bathtub and shower cubicle. Enjoyed the mee mamak at the restaurant in the lobby. Staff are polite and helpful. Breakfast selections are ample including local malay food. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Renai and the room rate is very competitive. I was also able to change for a smoking room on 12th floor. The supermarket adjoining the hotel is a good plus.

Short drive from railway and bus stations. Great location for shops and restaurants. Warm welcome by Farida on arrival. Everything in the spacious room looked new and very clean. Bed and pillows very comfortable.. I slept really well. Good water pressure in shower and lovely white towels. Kettle was useful and also there was an iron. Television had YouTube and other apps. Wi-Fi had good signal . I’d have happily stayed longer but I’d already booked onward travel

The gym has quite a fair bit of equipment. Love the Smith machine. Great for an avid gym goer that wants to clock in a basic workout. Was exploring the recreational area as well. Looks fairly new and large. They also had ball pits for the children and mini slide thingy. I have no kids but I guess this would be a pull factor for families. Love the overall design. Love the green/ emerald/ jewel tone look they were going for. Rooms were nice and very clean. Bed was comfy, enjoyed the quality of the mattress and I love the fact that they come with 2 pillows (one soft, one hard one). I'm usually fussy about pillows so I appreciate this small gesture.
