The location is beautiful, with its own beach and jetty. From the moment you arrive to when you leave, the Staff went above expectations. The room turn around in the mornings was fast, invisible, and thorough. The staff remembered preferences for coffee and where we liked to sit in the restaurant. The extra add-on package we purchased was completely worth it - the afternoon tea was a lovely break after relaxing or swimming, the sundowner cocktails where tasty and different each day, the turn-down service each evening was such a lovely touch with the bedtime cookies and small drink. Tea selection in the rooms was great, and the plunge pool / verandah area was cleaned and tidy each day. We also went diving and the dive leader was knowledgeable and safe - we received a safety brief prior to each dive and assistance with equipment. Overall, I wish we could have stayed longer at this resort. Super relaxing and also private with cabins scattered about the jungle property without line of sight to each other.

We were 6 friends travelling, and our experience at Dumba Bay was amazing. Rooms were clean and confortable. 2 couples were in the « bubble » rooms and 1 in the cottage. We didn’t have the sea view but honestly the garden is well maintained which makes a nice view. Plus, all the cottage are close enough to the sea anyway. The location of the resort was perfect, not too close and not too far from the jetty. What they did with the place is really great. The bar and coffee on the beach are really enjoyable. Huge shoutout to all the staff and in particular Donny. He made our experience even more pleasant, thanks to the amazing seabass he cooked on the grill. He also has great advice, is very nice and I have to say he is a great DJ. Thank you all for this moment out of time, in your little paradise. We’ll come back for sure !

It's a piece of heaven on earth, the property is located on front of the Juara beach, you wake up in the morning with a wonderful view of the sea, the beautiful golden sand, the nearby forest, what more could you ask for. I would like to thank the entire team at this hotel, especially Lee and the restaurant staff. I also point out that the restaurant is located next to the rooms, and serves local and international dishes at reasonable prices.

Amazing place! Perhaps the best spot in Juara, cozy, managed by great people, with the right offer for additional activities. Thanks to them we managed to go on a jungle trekking experience and met Lan, an incredible guide and man who, while letting us discover the beauty of Tioman jungle allowed us to find out a lot about the Island’s culture, story and hidden secrets. Unforgettable experience!!

Amy is a super host.She was amazing and very supportive.We initially planned for 1 night but we were so mesmerized with the location and facilities we extended our stay for another night. We enjoyed fishing, specially kids.We catched fish in the hotel adjacent jetty.

I really appreciated the friendly environment and positive energy in the air. the staff is very helpful with any request. I only recently discovered Memo's excellent coffee. The owner is very nice and friendly with every customer. The food was all good and tasty. The location of my top room right in front of the sea. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place outside the box.
