The check in was smooth even though at peak season. the room was amazing and comfortable, i had very good rest after long hour ride from perlis to taiping. the hotel restaurant had the very best crème brulé and it a must eat for me every time. the location near the attractions and easy access to mall. overall i love it.

Staff are really nice and very helpful. Location is only 6-7 minutes walk to lake garden and maybe 10 minutes walk to taiping shopping mall . Also places to eat right outside the door . Also good wifi

Reception very helpful kept our bags as we arrived early for checkin and also after checking out. Location excellent for us walked to bus & train station , Anthony Coffee Factory, Taiping Park and food market Stout spare and plenty of shops and restaurants in the area.

Good location with private parking. Food options in walking distance. Hot and cold drinking water in lobby area. Spacious room and western-style shower cabin (not flooding the whole bathroom). Fridge and kettle worked well, too. The largest room we had in two weeks (#7). Dont look any further when a room is available.
