one of the best rooms I’ve ever stayed at- huge bath tub with Tv and bath salts to sulk up. the concierge, butler service is excellent - perfect for work and conferences! I forgot my passport and they brought it to the central station - the service is exceptional!

There are hotels and there are hotels. In my 20 years of travelling internationally and spending half of that time living in them, I have an experienced reference point for the good, the bad and the ugly. Infrequently, I will make a comment on these opinions unless there is cause to do so, both negative or positive but my recent stay at Amari Hotel prompted me to congratulate all involved with this project. It is evident that the planning of Amari Hotel was one of quality and value from the outset and the use of high end fittings and fixtures both seen and unseen is a good example of this mindset. It’s is also obvious that the management is serious with staff training in all aspects of hospitality as this quality is evident in every smile and every attentive action. The price point, location, cleanliness, food and design are outstanding for this mid range property and I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone. I wish all involved good fortune in a post Covid upswing.

The hotel is extremely clean, the sheets and towels are replaced every day and you always have free water bottles. The pool is really great and offers a beautiful view of the city. The staff is really friendly and professional. The position is great since it is near the Bandar Utama station, so you can reach the city centre in 30 minutes. Furthermore it is close to Utama shopping mall, where you can find anything from food to clothing. If we happen to come back to KL we will definitely book here again!
