The room was spacious, clean and the staff will accomodate according to the requirement and availability , like i request for lower ground rooms since i bring my elderly parent, and there is no elevator, and the staff arrange accordingly. The hotel location was strategic.

Friendly service at reception. A young malay guy with spectacle. I didn't get his name. Apologies. He was very friendly and helpful . Others were polite too including the security officer at night.

The hotel is centrally located. There is a supermarket right outside the hotel and there are other shops & many restaurants nearby. The bus terminals & the Muar bridge and river are within walking distance. The hotel is clean & the room is very spacious & well maintained. The hotel lobby/reception is open 24 hours. However, the hotel does not offer breakfast. We enjoyed our 2 night (1/12-3/12/2025)stay at the hotel. We would like to give a special mention to Eqa and her mum, they were very friendly and helpful. We had trouble  booking our Grab ride, and Eqa's mum offered to take us to the bus terminal. Later that afternoon, Eqa sent us a message to check whether we made it to our destination safely. We really appreciate their thoughtfulness.  We highly recommend the Remington Hotel for your stay it Muar.
