Beautiful boutique hotel, very close to Centro. Great staff, very kind and helpful. Rooms are spotless and bed comfortable. It has a lovely garden and pool area. Coffee making facilities in the room too. Just perfect.

We loved everything – the hotel is an oasis in the center of town. The garden with the pool, fountain and trees is absolutely beautiful! The room is spacious and so comfortable. We slept very well. AC works great. Shower is big. Breakfast was included in our stay, nothing remarkable but we liked it. The quality of the stay for the price was amazing. Highly recommend.

The location is in a small Mayan village just outside the main town, which makes it a very peaceful hotel set in beautiful gardens. I spent the first day relaxing by the pool, reading and chatting with Idhel and Harry. Harry made a delicious dinner for my first night in Mexico, guacamole and ceviche served with a blue margarita. For breakfast, Idhel made me some huevos rancheros which were delicious. I felt pampered at this fantastic hotel and can't wait to go back and be pampered again.

It‘s such a nice Place in the middle of the city. The service is really good and super friendly. Everything is super clean. They even provided a baby bed and bathtub to us for our 5 month old.

This hotel definitely exceeded my expectations. The whole hotel is beautifully decorated and the rooms are very spacious and super comfortable (good lighting, enough outlets, space to hang clothes and put your bags), you get access to a great kitchen with fridge and freezer, free water, a pool, and wonderful common areas to hang out. The bed is huge and comfortable and it's relatively quiet by Mexican standards. I slept very well. I also really appreciated the extremely welcoming, friendly, and helpful staff. It's a small hotel and you almost feel at home. The location is PERFECT. A supermarket, laundries, and a convenience store are located next door. The cenote and local market are within 1-2 min walking distance. The main plaza can be reached within 5-10 minutes of walking but several good dining options are even closer. I recommend X-Mahana and Caroline Cacao closeby, the taqueria opposite of the hotel is also good. I extended my stay here. Unfortunately my room was already booked but I was able to move into a different room early, so I could move my things directly and didn't have to wait until check-in time.
