This hotel is so amazing!!!! What I liked most about this property is how luxurious and homely it feels. From the moment you arrive the staff are so lovely and attentive the entire time. The place is decorated so beautifully you just want to take photos everywhere you go. The pool in the room is a once in a lifetime experience. The food at the restaurant was perfect and there is a cute boutique at the front. The hotel itself is really perfect and adds to the bohemian experience of being in Tulum.

Safe and quiet area. Everything was spotlessly clean. Towels and linen white and soft. Seems to be quite new, too. I think I must have been the first one to cook in that kitchen. Antonietta was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The facilities are very nice and stylish. Its also very quiet. Guys who work there are extremely helpful and gave us all the information about the area. The hotel provides bicycles for free and it appears that it is really the best way to explore the city and the surroundings this way.

This place - and Rafa, the owner - made our stay in Tulum feel truly unique and authentic. We absolutely loved the La Veleta neighborhood. It’s more private than the hotel zone, yet still full of life, with great local spots nearby and much more affordable prices. You enter the property through a beautiful shared garden, surrounded by apartments and a stunning wooden structure that gives everything a warm, safe, welcoming vibe. Rafa felt more like a host than just an owner. He gave us amazing tips, always checked in on how we were doing, and genuinely cared about our experience. Every recommendation we followed turned out to be spot on. Our only regret? We stayed too few days! But we’ll definitely be back to finish our list of things to do - in a place that already feels like home.

We seriously lucked out with our stay here.

We seriously lucked out with our stay here. From the moment we pulled up to the quiet location and sea breeze we were over the moon with the place and it only for better from there. The accommodation is spacious, clean and well equipped. Julian was a super host and made sure we were happy throughout our stay. Antal has friendly, helpful staff full time that even brought us fresh coconuts our first day. There are kayaks and paddle boards available for use and loads of fun games in the communal area. We spent a few blissful days just at the salt water pool enjoying the views. I cannot recommend this place enough and we will be back! The one detail I would add is you really need a car to make the most of the area.
