Hotel is quite modern and comfty and it does just what is enough to provide a wonderful stay for guests. We got a very small room but it had everything we needed and more for our one night stay. Beds were comfortable, shower had awesome pressure, A/A worked great. Our view wasn't great (we got a room that overlooked the back of the hotel) but we got what we paid for. Staff was polite and helpful and the location was just what we needed for this particular stay!

A hidden gem in the heart of Paseo de Montejo. We had the Junior Suite and it was very spacious and comfortable. All the staff were very helpful and made us feel very at home. The choice and quality of breakfast is second to none. The newly opened restaurant for dinner is highly recommended. The price for what we got over an 8-night stay was amazing. The staff was super nice. It was a comfortable place, very private, we rarely saw our “next door neighbors” or would rarely hear noise. Staff was always around just in case we needed anything. The cleaning was done great and the person in charge was always careful with our stuff and was always detailed when cleaning our room.
