Amazing, clean hotel, spacious room, very comfortable beds, great service, very helpful staff. The breakfast was delicious ( you can choose out of the menu- options of Mexican food as well as some cornflakes or else + coffee and fruits). Very close to the main street by foot.

Everything was amazing! We specifically looked for a warm place because it can get cold in Cristobal. Heater in the room, extra blankets, and HOT (not warm!) water in the shower. By far the best shower we had in Mexico! On top of this, we got 45 mins free sauna and whirlpool! Room was really cleanb and modern. Staff was very friendly and helped us with everything we needed. We also booked a tour visa the hotel for a good price. We also received a WhatsApp message a couple of days before our arrival with information, which I really appreciated!
