The staff completely made our holiday they couldn’t have been more polite or friendly. The hotel was very tastefully appointed and was spotlessly clean.

location, location, location with great food & amazing staff!! This place is a hidden gem & if you want to get away from everything, relax & enjoy wildlife this is the place. We had the most delicious dinner & Margaritas & watched Whales breaching at Breakfast - JUST WONDERFUL!!!

True paradise, this is one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed. Peaceful, full of nature and glorious ocean views. It only has 8 unique rooms , all with views and crammed with gorgeous folk art the owner has collected over the years. They offer a homely dinner each evening g and have a small bar/ restaurant overlooking the sea. The rooms are cooked by fans and the ocean breeze- no air con and limited Wi-Fi but you go here for peace and to soak in the stunning views , bird life and other nature which is literally on the doorstep.

Great place to stay for a night before or after your flight. The premises are all really nicely kept, and feel very safe and secure. The staff at the hotel are lovely and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The rooms are very large and as pictured.

Such a helpful and warm welcome on arrival and also every time we passed the desk- better than other more expensive properties we stayed at. The room was perfect for what we needed and we were very comfortable and enjoyed the kitchen and being able to watch Netflix. The only thing I'd mention was that as two people With big bags- there wasn't a lot of space for bags! Can't fault anything else. Would absolutely recommend or visit again.

I would like to share my review of Hotel El Ganzo, as there aren't any reviews that accurately depict what you can expect when you visit. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted and assisted by Rosendo, who kindly showed us around and helped us with our luggage. The front desk staff, Paola and Braulio, and their team were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. It's difficult to find words that adequately describe this hotel—it truly is one of a kind. The music, art, staff, and food all contributed to making this place feel like a paradise. The dining experience was outstanding across all of the restaurants. The breakfast at El Restaurant was particularly memorable, with fresh and delicious food. The staff, especially Sarai, always made sure that our dining experience and overall stay were exceptional. One of the highlights of Hotel El Ganzo is its rooftop, which offers an incredible view of the ocean. The staff there, including Jose and another waitress whose name I can't recall, were fantastic. The food served on the rooftop was outstanding—truly deserving of a perfect score. Although my husband and I usually enjoy exploring outside the hotel when we are on vacation, this time, we spent our entire holiday at the hotel because it was so captivating. The private beach was a wonderful addition, with an amazing restaurant and attentive staff. Even the restroom facilities were exceptionally clean—a detail that is important to me. The housekeeping service was outstanding, ensuring that our room was always sparkling clean. I must mention the tacos food truck at the hotel, which served some of the best tacos I've ever had. Furthermore, the hotel offers various activities throughout the week, such as yoga classes, flamenco nights, and DJ performances. They have a spa and a music studio. There is always something happening at Hotel El Ganzo, creating a vibrant and lively atmosphere.
