Excellent hotel right on the most beautiful beach in Isla Mujeres! The level of service, the convenient access to the premium beach and sunbeds makes it an excellent place to rest and simply enjoy the sun and the sea, without a single worry. People complain about breakfast in reviews, but honestly, it was fine - it does take some time, as you order from the menu, as it would in a restaurant (it’s not a buffet). But the food is good quality, and staff are really nice. Sunbeds right on the beach reserved to the hotel guests all day as part of the beach club. And the at the sunbed service throughout the day keeps drinks and food flowing in the most efficient way - we never had to wait for long. Master suite was very spacious, water temperature and pressure were good, and much better than other places we stayed in Mexico. Staff were lovely and extremely helpful, getting info for ferry, massages, accommodating our requests and helping with taxies. There is a beauty spa with cosmetic treatments available (facials etc - at the time of our visit they offered a free hydrofacial, which was top notch), and well as spa with great quality/value massages.

The location is on the east side which has rocky beaches. Beautiful!!... but not for swimming. The island is narrow so walking to the west side or north beaches was very doable. Good restaurants are everywhere nearby with the main pedestrian-only street two blocks to the west. An attached restaurant has decent, basic breakfast and brunch. Every employee we came in contact with was friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in was very spacious with a large balcony with chairs. The room came with a/c and a ceiling fan both, which we loved. The water pressure for the shower and faucet was great. The refrigerator had a seperate freezer which came in handy. Overall the hotel was very quiet. It was nice to get away from the crowds and wind down. Definitely recommend.

Location is No.1, just 10 min. walking distance from the ferry terminal (turn left and walk to the end of the main road). Property should be definitely rated ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Just two weeks before we travelled someone wrote a comment about the mould on the walls and I can confirm that the mould has been removed within that two weeks before our arrival. Our room on the third floor (second in the UK) was very clean with a working fridge and good water pressure, fresh with no stain bed sets, daily cleaning services and beautifullllll view on the sea. There is also a shower located next to the stairs at the hotel, so you can easily clean your feet from the sand before you enter your room. And last thing I would like to mention, this place is not that laud I some visitors described it. I brought my ear plugs with me and I have never used them during my stay. All daily tourists are gone from the island after 6pm. Sunbeds are also available all day for hotel visitors at any time of the day.
