Loved the location - in the middle of nowhere and a lovely place to switch off. The AC cabins were super comfortable. Loved the tour of the animals both in the day and at night. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The food was excellent too.

The property was super clean and comfortable. It is beautiful. The pool is a nice size and you have a nice area to rest or eat outside by the pool. The host was incredible. Communication worked well over WhatsApp. I asked for vegan food recommendations and received a list of options also the host offered to get me anything I needed and store it in the fridge before my arrival. I hung my swimming stuff out in the garden to dry and they folded it all up and put it in the building before it rained. My room was ready for check in even when I arrived early in the morning. And I was able to keep my luggage in the room after checkout! One of the most thoughtful hosts I’ve ever had. Loved it.

The place is a nice base to go explore the areas around the city. Ciudad Valles itself is pretty normal, but this hostel was nice. I especially liked the staff, made me feel like I was at home and part of the family.
