We had a great stay. The staff here are so lovely, there is always a staff member there. They allowed us to store our bags for a whole day after we checked out. The room was clean, comfy with a great balcony! Great area. Would really recommend this place!

Guy and his staff offered an unparalleled service, going out of their way to offer fantastic local recommendations and help avoid the tourist traps, while offering round the clock assistance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at NaNaVida CDMX. The hotel has a top location, close to many great restaurants and bars of Roma Norte and Condesa. The room was very comfortable with a large bed and spaceful bathroom. The best thing about the hotel is the staff, so attentive and kind. They really go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. Do not hesitate. I did not hesitate either and booked a couple of nights in Oaxaca branch rightaway.
