It's a small new cozy Gest with spacious rooms. Gesthaus is located near the Beach. The soul of this Gesta is AhmedKhali, his concern is felt at every stage of stay. It helps to solve the issues related to the stay on the island - whether it is excursions, transfer or bbq from fresh fish. I definitely recommend to visit.

We had a lovely stay at Karankaa Villa. We arrived very early without notice but were welcomed very well and also they let us do a very late checkout as there were no other guests. When we arrived he gave us very good information about where to snorkel and where to go. We did what he said and we saw two eagle rays!! We went on a nurse shark excursion with the host that he arranged for us and we had plenty of time there (no rush). It was amazing. He took videos and photos for/of us and we had a great time! Also other excursions were possible and he sent us a photo with a list of them and their prices. Also the breakfast is very generous, you won't be hungry afterwards :) I also really liked the place, there is like an 'outdoor area' where we had a picnic and it is very cosy. We did not do it but they say that if the guests want, they can provide access to the kitchen. I fully recommend this place and would love to come back.

Super nice traditional Maldivian breakfast, very nice and kind staff and local people, handy and available. The guy working there was really a point of reference for us, always available and eager to help and organise tour and activities at a super competitive price! I strongly advise to take tours with the Guest House staff.. Location is perfect. You can reach easily and fast every part of the island, tourist-beach and restaurants are close, many small shops and markets are super close too.

This was such a treat! I would give 11 out of 10 if I could. When we arrived to Mahibadhoo, we were greeted by entire Mohamed´s family, it was quite touching, kids gave us flowers and we felt very welcomed. The house is very well maintained, rooms are comfortable and nice. But the main jewel were the people that were taking care of us! They made our vacation very special and to be remembered. Our guide, Ayya, took us around island and provided us with understanding of life on the island. His sister prepared for us traditional food to taste. He also took us snorkeling around the island. We purchased an adventure trip to go swimming with shark, what a special event. Kids loved it! And the true pleasure was the food: we have 3 people preparing the food and it was the most delicious ever. Nicely decorated with great servis and always a big smile. When we were leaving, the guys took us to the port and waved us off. What a great experience. If you can, take the time to visit this place, it has a quality of resort with family environment and very personal touch. I can highly recommend for families, beach is nearby and the entire island is very peaceful and friendly.

We stayed here for 8 days and really enjoyed it. In my opinion, they made a very good design decision in the rooms. Minimalism and at the same time functional. Lots of space. Clean and fresh. From what could be improved, perhaps tulle on the windows would be useful, since our room was the first on the second floor and it was not convenient to open the curtains all the way, since people would naturally see us inside when they going up. The fan above the bed is also noisy, so we only used the air conditioner, which is well placed and blows past the bed, which is good. During the day, you can relax and work outdoors in the common dining area under the fans. And drink cup of tea. Love it. Only a good impression! Cleaning, drinks, everything is very good. Although we went to explore other locations for a bite to eat, we still chose dinner here! Food is good! Thank you very much, Hassan!

Had an amazing time at Green Leaf Guesthouse in the Maldives! The staff were super friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The food was delicious, highlighting local flavors. Hassan and his team made sure we had the most amazing time possible. We were picked up by the jetty, greeted wirh fresh coconut and flowers. As we are divers, we had our wonderful breakfast quite early, and were always spoiled. In the evening Hassan would wait for us in case we needed help for the next day. He organized the ferry boat, recommended a dive center with nitrox, and answered all our questions. After a day or two we called this place our home. Our expectations were exceeded, we wish Hassan a prosperous future and lots of relaxed guests.
