Everything. 2 min walk from the ferry, go left and keep going untill you see all the parrots then its just few meters on the left. Very clean, super friendly staff, easy and good breakfeast. Few min walk to restaurants and beaches.

This was one of the loveliest experiences we had at a hotel. The hotel is right next to the bikini beach and 5 minutes away from the local beach. We picked it because it had a gym, but you also have access tot he other amenities of the hotels from the chain (such as the infinity pool on top of Kaani Palm Beach. We were welcomed with sweet watermelon lemonade drinks and Magic from the front desk took care of our check in and told us everything we wanted to know about the location and the activities and trips we could take. Magic was amazing during our whole stay - he shared with us details about the weather and when it would be best to do certain activities, he took us to the pool, he was very friendly and professional at the same time - the best host ever! We had a city view room from where we could still see the ocean and the palm trees. The room was for 4 people - it was big, spacious and the housekeeping services were always spot on! I didn’t catch the name of the boy who we almost always saw taking care of the 5th floor but he was tall, wearing glasses and always smiling - a pleasant interaction! We had fresh room towels and beach towels daily, shower gel and soap for the bathrooms (because we had one room for the shower and one for the sink and toilet which was very useful) and we had fresh water daily as well. Breakfast was included and it was very variated. We had a cook making fresh omelettes or fried eggs, and besides that there were a lot of options kept warm such as scrambled eggs, sausages, local food, there were a lot of options for pastry, drinks, fruits, bread, cereals as well, mini pancakes - a bit of everything. The staff of the restaurant was always smiling and welcoming. We had lunch a few time at the hotel restaurant too, the service was impeccable and the food was lovely every time. On the beach we had sun-beds included. Also took trips on the ocean organized by the Kaani excursion center. ALL the boys in the teams that we met were amazing!

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful it everything. Even without us asking they always checked on us and made sure if everything was okay. They had free water so we could fill up our water whenever we wanted. In breakfast you get to eat some traditional food as well. Location is just 5 minutes walk from the beach.

A "boutique" hotel, perfectly located on the lower edge of the touristy part of the island. 2 minutes to bikini beach in the north, 5 to the restaurants etc. in the south. The staff were extremely helpful in pointing us in the best direction for meals, trips and general information. For diving, Maafushi Dive is next door, and for other trips we/they recommend Maldives Fellas or Shadowpalm. For meals, the nearby Velana beach was a significant cut above the rest (and we tried many) and Moonlight for drinks at the southern end is wonderful. Our room was right under the rooftop restaurant yet even being high season, noise was no issue at any time (which was my main concern based on some reviews). The room was always cleaned and fresh towels and water provided when requested. An excellent evening of chilled live music was a first for them while we were staying and very successful. Overall superb, and we'd definitely stay again.

I felt very safe throughout my stay, and the atmosphere truly made it feel like a home away from home. The service was exceptional, with staff always being friendly, attentive, and ready to assist with anything I needed. I genuinely enjoyed my time here and appreciated the warm welcome we received upon arrival. They thoughtfully picked us up from the jetty, making our transition to the hotel seamless. Additionally, they went out of their way to help us with all our queries and guided us in planning and booking activities, which made our experience even more enjoyable and stress-free.
