everything was perfect. I’m so sad to leave! the service is next level - probably the best service I’ve experienced at a hotel. they remember what you drink, the moment you sit someone is there to welcome you and offer your drink, the second you finish your meal they pick up the plate, the moment you put the clean room sign it gets done... and everyone is lovely and friendly! the beach is just wow, water is the bluest blue and snorkeling is accessible from anywhere.. I saw manta rays, turtle and sharks. rooms and big, very clean. the food is incredible! lots of variety and everything was delicious.

This was our second stay at this beautiful resort - and we only return to places we truly love. Once again, Sun Siyam Vilu Reef exceeded all expectations! From the moment you arrive, you can feel the genuine warmth and hospitality from everyone on the island - from our wonderful butler and the housekeeping team to the restaurant chefs, bartenders, animation crew, water sports guys, and general management. Every single person greets you with a smile and makes you feel truly special. I also had the pleasure of meeting the Resort GM, Mr. Thaha Yoosuf, and was really impressed by the resort’s commitment to sustainability and reef protection. The ongoing beach nourishment project helps preserve the island and its coral reefs from erosion - it’s great to see a resort taking such responsible steps to protect its natural beauty. The management is now finalizing an exciting new addition - a collection of stunning water villas on the resort’s iconic sandbank. We can’t wait to come back with our family and friends to experience it! A huge thank-you to Chef Chaminda from the Aqua Restaurant - every meal felt like dining at a Michelin-star restaurant ⭐️, an unforgettable culinary journey. And our butler Simal deserves special praise for making sure everything ran perfectly smoothly throughout our stay. Our Villa attendant Suranga did an excellent job of keeping our water villas in a perfect condition. Shattu from the WaterSports section provided both useful lessons and entertainment to both of our sons - thank you so much for keeping all our water activities safe and so full of fun 🤩! Very kind stuff and everything was perfectly organized. Stuff was all the time available to help with whatever we needed. Altrough it was windy season they put extraordinary effort to keep all the facilities clean and safe. I read some reviews here that people experienced problem with connection, communication or stuff communication. Obviously Kandima put a lot of effort to improve all that as we didn't experience any problem during our stay. All inclusive was a great value. We had great time at dinners in restaurants Smoked, Sea Dragon and Azure. Also main restaurants were very clean and food was good. Not so many chlices if you expect European food only, but fish and seafood was great. Also, beach jacuzzi villa was great value with direct access to the beach ans very big jacuzzi. Overall, bathroom was like mini spa center. This is our 5th time in Maldives and this is one of the best experience especially as we traveled with a small kid (<2yo).
