Our stay at Swarn Hotel in the Maldives was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness of the entire team. A special thank-you goes to Hotel Manager Ravin, whose leadership and hospitality were evident in every detail. He made sure we felt welcome, cared for, and completely at ease throughout our stay. We also want to highlight the wonderful service provided by Sushmitha, whose kindness, professionalism, and constant smile made each day brighter. She went above and beyond to anticipate our needs, and her genuine dedication to guest comfort truly stood out. Another absolute highlight of our trip were the snorkeling excursions. Our guides, Yaadhu and Shaiha, were exceptional – knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and deeply committed to creating a safe and memorable experience for everyone. Thanks to them, we had the chance to swim with manta rays, an experience we will never forget. Their passion for the ocean and marine life made the excursions not only fun but also incredibly meaningful. Overall, Swarn Hotel exceeded all our expectations. The combination of outstanding staff, breathtaking surroundings, and unforgettable adventures made this trip truly special. We can highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return anytime.

Beach, friendly staff, great facilities.

Dusit Thani was a real treat, and was the perfect tonic after an intense 12 months of work. Snorkelling at the UNESCO biosphere reserve was a true highlight. Shout out to the staff who were all wonderful, especially the footballers at the market. Great to see the organised soccer matches for staff at nightfall - makes you think that staff are well looked after which contributes positively to the overall experience. It was also nice to see John the General Manager getting around the tables at dinner time to speak to the residents - it was a nice personal touch. Accommodation, food, the amenities - all amazing, and cycling around the island turned out to be a whole lot of fun. We will return!

Waheed is the best guest that we could have had. He helped us with the transfer (speed boat) from male to the island and even with a taxi from the hotel to the place where we had the boat. The food is great and cheap with a lot of variety from where you can choose. The cocktails are amazing. The room was very big and he provided a baby cot for our baby too. The bikini beach is big and we had our sunbeds on the beach with towels for the period of our stay. He arranged our wedding ceremony on the beach which was very lovely. The water is very clean and is the best spot for snorkeling with a lot of corals and fishes very close to the land. Locals from the island are very friendly, you have a shop from where you can buy a lot of things(better to pay with local currency).

Transfer: We were transferred from Malé Airport by the resort's transfer partner, Manta Air seaplane. The transfer process was smooth, and we were greeted immediately after customs control. The waiting area for the seaplane flight was comfortable with a cozy lounge. The flight itself takes approximately 30-40 minutes and lands on a floating platform near the island, where you'll be picked up by boat. Location: The island is beautifully maintained, covered in lush greenery and coconut trees. In the evenings, hundreds of hermit crabs scuttle along the sandy paths, and fruit bats squabble in the treetops. The house reef is fantastic, offering plenty of snorkeling opportunities to see a variety of fish, including occasional curious reef sharks. Snorkeling equipment rental is available and was complimentary during our stay. Sunbeds with umbrellas are spaced out along the beach, ensuring privacy and relaxation. The island is relatively small, taking about 20-30 minutes to walk around. Room: Our room was on the second floor with an ocean view. There are four rooms per house, two on the ground floor and two on the first. Ground-floor rooms have panoramic glass doors leading directly to a small green yard and the beach beyond, while second-floor rooms have a balcony. The bed was large and comfortable, and all necessary toiletries and towels were provided. However, we didn't find slippers (which weren't really needed) and instead of toothpaste, tooth cleaning tablets were available. It's worth noting that in the evenings, geckos were often seen near our entrance, although they didn't enter the room. Crew: All the on-site personnel were cheerful and eager to help. Upon arrival, we were assigned a dedicated remote butler, Manu, who we could contact via WhatsApp. This allowed us to easily schedule and reschedule our activities. You can also use the Avani app for this, but we found that working with Manu was more convenient and added a personal touch.

Everything! The guesthouse was amazing, beautiful gardens and common areas and the room and bathroom were lovely. Very clean and well decorated. But the best thing were the hosts. They welcomed us in like family - what amazing people! They were so warm and lovely and helpful; organising all of our activities, joining us for mealtimes, taking us around the island. We will 100% return!

Everything is SUPER, Transfer arrangements from Velana Airport to Dharavandhoo was perfect.I had a short stay. Clean rooms with excellent amenities. brilliant garden are with swings. WiFi connection is excellent.Loved everything, this guest house host Mr Hameed is a wonderful person (Mr Genuine). located in the Village. Very peaceful atmosphere, but is just 1 minute walk to bikini beach and sun loungers for all guests are provided . Beach is excellent, I spent a lot of time on the beach. Mr Hameed never fail to impress me with his dedication to make his customers happy. Food is exceptional, Specially the BBQ he served was the best , excursions ( sand bank / manta trip / turtle snorkeling / Night Fishing ) are great. Best or all is warm hospitality, how genuine Mr Hameed is, feel like home. This is a place to return. thank you for your hospitality 🫡

We loved the staff and size of the beach bungalow . Our location 138 was also perfect location for proximity to dive school and privacy Dive school also a great setup and the house reef , whilst motorised coral was incredibly abundant with shark, turtle , parrot fish etc
