Apartment was really clean and spacy. Very comfortable bed, well equiped kitchen, good AC and nice views. But the best part of it was the host Kerstina. She was very helpful and giving a lot of local recommendation. Also she made for us reservation in really unique places and trips! Excellent spacious flat with fabulous belconies (2) and view was good. Warm reception from Veronique, who assisted us with the luggage. Towels were changed daily. A bit beaten town, lots of drunks and abandoned houses. There are some nice restaurants around (Chez Tino, Green Island Beach Restaurant) and places to visit (Île aux Cerfs, GRSE waterfall), but overall not to stay for too long.

The village is charming, easy to go on the boat to other islands. I recommend a visit to Ile aux Cerf, you can relax or do some sport e.g waterski, swimming. By boat to GRSE Waterfall. Take a BBQ lunch to one of the other island there.

It is a great location to see traditional Mauritian life.

It is a great location to see traditional Mauritian life. A few minutes bus ride is the unspoilt beach at Palmar. It is the best beach we have seen on the island. The reef is close to shore and the water is crystal clear.

we liked everything. But the most important: the whole staff was fantastic. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were greeted by Anais. She was the first good impression. Later on on the swimming pool for adults Mr. Anil was for us as a good ghost 👻. And concierge corner: they organized for us everything, we called them No Problem guys😉. I must write their real names: Lindsay and Merlin. And my birthday surprise: bottle of champagne+ see photo.And excellent dinners. Thanks for all!👍We will back.

Layout of hotel was very well designed with sea facing rooms and several little intimate sitting areas around the poolside, many with possibility of serve yourself soft drinks and books to borrow. Staff were all very friendly and helpful - in particular Vikash, Sous Chef gave helpful advice on different meals which he prepared - all very tasty. Among the serving staff Jasraj was outstanding with his big welcome and smiling, willing service.

Nice and quite cozy sized hotel. Good amenities including a lot of thoughtful details such as a food truck, creative provision of coffee and tea etc. Nice beach as well. Family rooms are great - we liked the layout and there is enough space. Staff are attentive, the buffet is good.
