Lovely fishing village. Apartment is nicely made for a couple with no kids. All facilities available, very convenient. You can use their washing machine for free. There’s a bbq. All staff are friendly and came to clean the apartment every day. As you open your curtains, you have the sea right in front of you.

It is a very good place to stay. We liked it very much and we had a great time here. There are many things to see and Meema is a very good host. She also gives information about many things. The host is also a famous singer. He is called Guruji and he teaches many children about Tabla and music. He himself lives in South Africa, but his house is here. It was very nice to meet everyone and it felt like home. That is why we liked this place very much. We want other people to come and stay here too.

Absolutely exceed our expectations. Best holidays we ever had. Everything was perfect. Beautiful resort, super clean, excellent staff. The food is really good. 3 restaurants available, live music every night. Its busy but it feels crowded as there is a lot of space and quiet place. Well equipped gym, golf, tennis and water sports for free. Room was clean and quiet. We loved every second of it. Highly recommend, cant wait to come back !

Jay is a fantastic and very welcoming host. We were welcomed like at home, with a cold drink and cool towels, after a long all-day trip. The apartment was spacious, convenient and very clean, there was a beautiful view from the balcony (a small beautiful garden with many species of domestic an more exotic plants - home to a red fody family). Fantastic rooftop and common spaces. We stayed there for one night only but we felt like at home. I really recommend Jay's place for a longer stay. It's not located directly at the beach but it's calm, offers a beautiful view from the roof and most importantly you can stay at a place owned by someone who grew up there and can tell you a lot about Mauritius. If you have a car you can easily reach both the noth and south of the island (also by bus, but a bit more difficult). The place is also very close to the Bras D'eau reserve and Poste La Fayette beach which is one of our favorite ones in Mauritius. Definitely worth it.
