We recently had the pleasure of staying at KOA and it was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and a level of hospitality that immediately made us feel at home. The staff at this hotel truly set it apart. Every interaction, whether at the front desk, the restaurant, or housekeeping, was marked by professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, offering thoughtful touches that exceeded my expectations. The accommodations were impeccable—clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The attention to detail throughout the hotel is a testament to the dedication of the entire team. A special thank you to Utam, Kavi and Dess for their outstanding service. It’s rare to encounter such a passionate and committed group of people, and they made my stay unforgettable. Amazing Lilly and Ian made this place a familiar paradise we didn't want to leave. We highly recommend KOA to anyone looking for an extraordinary experience. 5/5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Absolutely everything! The serenity of the place ! The super kind staff that made me feel like a princess! The amazing restaurant at the Rhum Shed ! The luxury of my beautiful villa facing the ocean and the amazing spa with a very kind Ayurvedic Doctor! A dream destination I can only recommend and my favourite hotel in Mauritius! The apartment is spotless and the Host is just a lovely person, I can't recommend it highly enough, there's even a small restaurant 1 minutes walk, shhh, don't tell everyone it'll be booked when we need it.

Wonderful stay! Hospitality at its best. Stayed here for 3 nights at the beginning of our trip in Mauritius. We concluded after the tour of the island that thw beaches 10min walk from here were the best ones of the island as there waa no one there, just empty paradise. Véronique and Frédéric create a home-like feeling, everything is just super comfortable and cozy. Delicious brekkie every morning. We also dined here every night and it was so good local food. Buses run right next to the place. The waterfalls are 15min walk away. Lovely pool!
