The best thing in our trip to Mauritius, was definitely the stay in Residence au bout du Morne. Our hosts were outstanding, very helpful and full of hospitality. Meals served in Residence tasted delicious. Facilities were clean and cozy. There was AC in the room and a parking space in front of a house. The bathroom was brand new. You have also access to refrigerator. Definitely worth it.

Tu beach is just amazing, the color of the water is impressive, in the public beach you have to possibility to see the see turtles. The place is a piece of paradise. Definitely worth to go and to spend some time there. I would recommend an hotel next to the le Morne beach most of the hotel do not have the possibility to eat or rent the sun bed just daily. Also I would recommend the experience of swimming with the dolphins that is offered almost everywhere.

Le Morne is a national park and an imposing background to several luxury hotels. We admired it from the beach only and did not attempt the climb. There is not much else to do in the area apart from relax at one of the hotels - unless you wind surf. We had a car and did not find much in the way of shops or restaurants. Best choose a nice hotel and go full board or all-inclusive.

Spectacular location, beautiful room and terrace, the beach is a jewel (clean sand, palms, Le Morne in the background), and a big thank-you goes to the Staff who made sure that everything was always spot on for our honeymoon. In particular the housemaids, the guys managing the water activities and the service at the beach, Vijay for a couple of amazing dinners, Bianca for the honeymoon activities, Hurvind for helping us at any time, Chef Suksan for being a gentleman and great teacher, and the list could go on and on :-)

The apartment is very lovely, very spacious and clean, well equipped as well. The hosts are so nice !! Always smiling and willing to talk with me. The location is perfect, less than 10mn drive to Le Morne beach and 5mn from Le Morne trail entrance. Very close from Chamarel as well. I would come back for sure, loved my time there, wish I had stayed longer :)) Btw you can watch really beautiful sunsets from the apartments balcony, with Le Morne in sight!!

Excellent location for the Le Morne Kitesurf lagoon and the Ion club. Food in main restaurant was quite good but always very busy and noisy. Early room check was great and free. Early checkin breakfast free. Late checkout lunch free. Indian restaurant was great. All inclusive drinks were fine including espresso coffee. 25m swimming pool, great for real swimmers. Rooms are nice and modern.

The most perfect surroundings with the breath taking Le Morne at the back. Nice to be able to stay at such an exclusive area at a reasonable price. The staff was very concerned to make the stay at the place and island in general a pleasant experience. They arranged for guided tours and all are friendly and speak both English as the expected French.
