The place is stunning, if you want a private and relaxing place this is the perfect one. There is no noise and the relatively small size of the structure will allow you to enjoy your holiday at the most.

Location of the facility near the Flic and Flac beach is great! You have lots of restaurants and bars near. The staff was really nice and dinners were delicious(it was mostly Indian food).

A very pleasant surprise. The villas are wonderful and very smart located inside the resort. Because everything was renovated a couple of years ago it all looks great. The restaurants, lobby area and the bar are very nice and provide a very relaxing atmosphere. The food is good, except for fruits and vegetables which are not very tasty (all import). The beach experience is great, with a very beautiful water and sandy beach with sunbeds located 10-15 m apart. The staff is more friendly than in other hotels on the island (mauritius people are not very friendly by default). Oliver was a great host on the beach and Minta a great concierge during our stay. The overall experience is great, the hotel provides you 2 times cleaning per day, complimentary treats on the beach and in the room and a very diverse mini bar. It is a hotel in which we can return anytime with great pleasure.

The location was a bit too busy for our liking, even though it's small. The beach has enough trees to provide shade, which is great for lying down with small children. We particularly liked the northern part of the beach, near the Jumbo Expres supermarket, where the water was clean and the sand was fine. However, we only went there in the afternoon because there are no trees or shade earlier in the day.

We decided to stay in Flic en Flac because we wanted to see the sunsets and they sure lived up to our expectations. Quite extraordinary. The long sandy beach was beautiful and the sea very warm and inviting. The town itself had little to recommend.

Unless you enjoy noise - do not stay over the New Year period - beautiful as they may be - the amount of fireworks was scary. This proceeded well into the 3rd of January.
The drivers also have no regard for speed limits.

I was surpised how much i loved Flic-en-flac.
I was surpised how much i loved Flic-en-flac. Much better than I was expecting. A long white sandy beach so you can find quiter spots and lovely pine trees on shoreline for shade.
The local food trucks were fantastic and a must to try while you are here. Cheap prices also.

The beach was lovely as always.
The beach was lovely as always. Plenty of options to eat out. Snacks food on the beach, particularly boulette essential. Nice central location on the west coast so you can easily drive to lots of places. Cascavelle mall just up the road so you can easily get everything you need from there. Best place on the island to watch sunsets.

Great coast line on the west of the island with minimal wind. Coral beach so footwear advisable. Warm water, good for swimming. Good for families with young children. The town itself is small and easy to get around on foot. Restaurants offering various cuisines everywhere. Good 'Jumbo' supermarket for all grocery needs.
Many dogs roaming around and quite noisy at night but no dog mess in evidence anywhere. A clean, mainly litter-free town. Friendly locals.

The place is exceptionally clean, Abi and his wife were extremely kind, very helpful. The breakfast was big enough for the money and the location is super close to the beach. Swimming pool always cleaned and the place is so peaceful. Honestly it is the first place that made me feel like I was at home away from home. I definitely recommend it and rate it 10/10. The facility has free WiFi and it is super close to shops and restaurants and other beautiful sites. Villa Osumare is a pure gem anyone that travels to Mauritius should check out.
Cyclone Freddy required us to cancel our booking on the day, we were really looking forward to our stay, the reviews were excellent, the owner was very kind & understood our dilemma to exit Mauritius at short notice as all airport operations ceased the following day. We hope you all remained safe
Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful.
The location is excellent, just across the street from arguably the best beach in Mauritius.
While the food choice was not over the top, the quality of food was excellent, including tuna, prawns, octopus, squids, and crab soup for dinner.
Apartment is in super good location in front of the sea and everything you need.
Kevin is great host and very instructive for anything you need in Mauritius.
