We were filled with positive reviews from other visitors, according to which I chose this hotel. A nice surprise was that we could choose the type of pillow, I personally prefer a soft one, which I received within a few minutes of reporting to the reception. We received a prompt response from the staff even when we reported that the toilet flush was broken and it was repaired within 30 minutes. Excellent services.

The staff was very kind and friendly, good facilities, spa also very pleasant, beautiful view from the room and infinity pool and the restaurant. Water supplied to room every day. The small beach in front of the hotel is also relatively good for swimming.

Beautiful aparthotel, friendly and helpful staff. We got a pleasant surprise on arrival - got a much bigger appartment than expected. The hotel is right by Buggiba bus terminal. There are many stores and restaurants nearby.

I loved my room, it was clean, big and nice. Everything inside is modern, good working. Breakfast is amazing. I have paid separately, but buffet has a big variation of food. Very lovely and friendly staffs. Ibis as always good money and high quality. Highly recommended . Thank you for everything

We stayed in March with our two kids and had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. Our apartment was spacious, located on the ground floor near the indoor pool, which our children absolutely loved. They had so much fun swimming and playing! The overall quality for the price was excellent, and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Malta.

The Aquarium provides a great experience, both for adults & children. Quawra pool is a very nice place to swim & visit. The neighborhood is friendly and safe, with lots of convenience stores, restaurants & bistros, souvenir shops and many more. Buggiba Bay bus terminal makes your trips around very easy.

An overcroded area.

An overcroded area. Parts of it is like building sites and not very clean. Building planning a total chaos. Some good restaurants with good and friendly service. Nevertheless, I wouldn't rush to go back on this particular area. Gozo and Valeta much better.

It's really a very wonderful travel in Malta,there are so many sunlight ,beach, sea view. The most thing is the islands not so big,we can city walk,or take taxi very convenient,the food is very delicious but a little expensive in fact.

From our apartment you have to travel to other parts of...

From our apartment you have to travel to other parts of Malta, consider hiring a car as we did for a couple of days. Otherwise, the bus service is comprehensive & cheap, 12 journeys for 19 euros. Bought from a machine/ticket office at Bugibba bus station. Bolt taxis are also widespread & reasonably priced.

A town center was like a construction site, that's because I wasn't impressed. Because of the same reason a traffic of buses was irregular. There are no good beaches at the town. I mean mostly sand beaches, but stone ones are as well not awesome. However there were several good shops at the town as well several good restaurants. I could advise a state aquarium of Malta which is situated at St Paul's Bay.

Great choice of restaurants at reasonable prices. Sea view hotel is in great location. Like a lot of places in Malta there are rather a lot of poor areas as well as beautiful spots. Second visit and would visit again.

Spacious, clean rooms with the hotel in walking distance to restaurants, bars, beaches. There is also a bus station 5 mins up the road which enables easy transport throughout Malta for those looking to go to other towns such as Valetta etc. The staff were friendly and very attentive.

A bit worn-out hotel in St Paul's bay but we had everything we needed. There are three bus stops nearby, i. e. 2-5 minutes walking (Fugas, Kennedy and Wileg) so you can reach all places on Malta easily. The food was okayish, the staff welcoming and very service-minded.
