Everything: the amazing staff, the room, the nearby airport location, their professionalism… I’m especially grateful after a horrible 24h trip to be given a free of charge early check-in and an upgraded room. I don’t forget these things. The staff was truly amazing, the hotel is up to American or Dubai high standards and as a frequent traveler (69 countries) I was genuinely impressed! 💯 recommended. Everything. If I could give more than 10/10 for the location, I would. Between the city centre and the old town, right by the river. No noise from outside (only the sound of the river sometimes :-). It was so relaxing after a day walking around Skopje. Sometimes I even got back to the hotel for a little time to recharge the batteries :) A shopping center is right behind the hotel, which is very convenient. Plentiful breakfast at the restaurant next door (choice between Turkish, English, vegetarian) from 8 am. You need at least 3 nights to try them all ;). The personnel is very welcoming and responsive if something needs to be fixed. Taxi can be organized at a fair price. Comfortable bed, fridge enclosed in a cupboard, which means you don't hear it.

We made a pit stop on our way back from Greece to Serbia. We spent 1 night and the whole experience was amazing. Hotel is in the city center, room is very luxurious and clean, bed was amazing, but overall experience was great due to our host Semi. She is absolutely amazing. Made us feel like at home, welcomed us outside of hotel, found us appropriate place to park, was very kind and welcoming especially to our 6 month old baby… Thanks Semi from Vanja, Ana and Velimir. Highly recommend this hotel and our love to Semi ❤️
