Everything: the amazing staff, the room, the nearby airport location, their professionalism… I’m especially grateful after a horrible 24h trip to be given a free of charge early check-in and an upgraded room. I don’t forget these things. The staff was truly amazing, the hotel is up to American or Dubai high standards and as a frequent traveler (69 countries) I was genuinely impressed! 💯 recommended. Great location being minutes from the city center. The personel at the reception was super helpful and friendly. Sara and Semi provided us with great tips and tricks regarding the city. Along with that, we greatly appreciated the information about the transportation and the life in the city. Professionality and helpfulness were really something we enjoyed the most during our stay.
