This place is amazing if you value comfort, location, great service and modern interior. The staff was super friendly, always there to help and easy to contact 24/7. You've got an absolutely stunning view from most balconies/terraces in this apartment complex, as they overlook the whole Bay Area from Sveti Stefan to the farther coastal region of Budva etc., which is especially beautiful during sunset. The flat itself was spotless, minimalistic yet comforting modern furniture and equipped with everything needed for cooking etc. You get a spot for your car in the secured garage and if requested a drive down to the beach with the in house golf cart. Otherwise it's just a 10min walk down the stairs, up the hill it takes longer. Restaurants and little markets are in walking distance, but the next supermarket is a 5min drive away and to the bigger city of Budva it takes a 15min car/taxi ride (Bus station 2min away). There are great small beaches in the surrounds, some are best to reach by boat, some are reachable with a car or by foot. Sveti Stefan is a great starting point for beach days, city tours, nature activities in any direction. All around, we had an amazing time at this place, can only recommend!

The town itself is quiet, rustic and elegant, with charming stone architecture and the scent of old olive treas and sea breeze in the air. It’s no wonder royalty once retreated here. I enjoyed local Montenegrin delicias on a shaded terrace each afternoon, soaking in sunsets that felt almost unreal. This isn't just a beach destination, it's a place for true recuperation. I came back feeling rested, centered, and somehow lighter. If you’re looking for more than just a pretty view, if you need to breathe again, Sveti Stefan is where you go.

Sveti Stefan is truly a unique destination – a blend of natural beauty, history, and tranquility. The beaches are beautiful, the water is crystal clear, and the view of the island is simply breathtaking. It’s a perfect place for relaxation, seaside walks, and enjoying the authentic atmosphere of the Montenegrin coast. Equally suitable for solo travelers seeking peace, couples looking for a romantic getaway, and families with children in search of a safe and carefree vacation. We also warmly recommend Restaurant Drago – excellent food, great service, and a cozy atmosphere. A perfect spot to enjoy local specialties and relax after a day at the beach.

A lovely walk along the beach from our Guest house. Some nice bars and restaurant's in the area. Beaches clean and not crowded. Shame you can not access the island itself, but good photo opportunities

Sveti Stefan is pretty boring place.

Sveti Stefan is pretty boring place. On daytime it is ok with nice beaches and view, but without lot of caffes or restaurants, especially in the evening when you don't have too much places to go. However Budva is 10-15 minutes of driving.

The terrace of the apartment has a wonderful view, probably among the best on the entire Adriatic coast. It is a renovated house with over 300 years of family history. That spirit is felt at every step in and around the apartment. It is only a few steps away from the sea beach and all the central cafes and restaurants. The host is an excellent person who tries to make you feel comfortable and safe on your vacation. If the road leads me to that part of Montenegro again, I will definitely return to this app.

Lovely hotel, but not really a proper five star property. Our room was the cheapest.. so it was small but really comfortable and had everything we needed. Very comfy bed, great quality bed linen and a large terrace. And, unusually for Montenegro it seems, there was a lift. The view from the terrace is spectacular and it's only a few steps down to the beach. There is a lovely restaurant on the same beach called Amadeus.

The owner of the appartments was very kind and gave me good advices to eat in Sveti Stefan and to hike. I have also been put in a better and bigger room compared to my original reservation. The room was very clean and well placed (restaurants and beach are very close). I would higly recommend it as it was proposed at a reasonnable price. Great stay !

The villa is stunning! The outdoor area and pool are beautiful. Perfect place to watch the sunset. The villa was so clean and comfortable. Stevan and his family are wonderful, so kind and welcoming. The location is perfect, close to the beach, supermarket and restaurants.
