The stay was beyond my expectations. Everything was amazing, the friendly staff (fluent in english <3), the breakfasts full of food that can keep you strong for the whole day in the mountains, quality of service, prices of drinks (they were strong!) and food (lot of on the plate!), I can talk for hours. I really like how the staff is helpful with transport and the breakfast takeaway was amazing and very filling. Hotel is near enough the Żabljak city and to the National Park, which was perfect even in winter weather! I really enjoyed our stay and definetely gonna visit again.

As soon as we arrived to the property we were met by a very friendly smile. The person from the reception was very hospitable and made sure that we had everything that we needed. The location is very beautiful, with nice views. The building is also new and modern. We appreciated the breakfast + the drinks and sweets from the house.

We accidentally booked for 3 days and told that to the...

We accidentally booked for 3 days and told that to the manager when we arrived. She said not to be worried and she will cancel the last night .when we wanted to leave she said we need to pay for 3 nights and said she "doesn't speak English". Her brother called and threatened to call the tourist inspector if we won't pay immediately . That was very rude and disappointing.
