I usually never write these reviews but I wanted to write one in this case.. This was one of the best stays of all of my travels. The location of the place was great and the staff was awesome so was the breakfast, but what made this stay exceptional is due to one individual,his name is Ognjen (Ogi)..He went above and beyond from the very first day, before we’ve even checked in..Ogi was extremely professional, friendly and very knowledgeable and helpful about anything we’ve needed, I definitely recommend anyone reading this to come and stay here, you won’t regret it. 10/10

As someone who Is many years in a hospitality business I have to say I was impressed with every single department. Starting communication with FOM Marija was just so smooth. Impressed by Milos and Aleksandar as well, they put so much effort. The room was spotless, the view was just amazing, and the food was outstanding. Everything is exceptional. The location in the Old Town, the breakfast, the design of the rooms, the cleanliness, the friendliness of the staff. I was especially impressed by the receptionist Renata.
