Very nice hotel with good location so you don’t need to drive to the beach or any other surrounding location. They also offer free parking behind the hotel. I love how wonderful, helpful and welcoming every person that works here was. During my stay at the hotel I had a birthday and they surprised me with a dessert they prepared for me, which I was very grateful for. The pool was pleasantly cold but there is a jacuzzi on the fourth floor for those who prefer warmer water. I like the option of being able to order food or drinks to the pool or lounge next to the pool. They offer enough variety of dishes for breakfast and dinner, which are very tasty.

A very good hotel. Clean and spacious apartment located on the 6th floor. Fully functioning air conditioning in each room, two clean bathrooms equipped with a washing machine and a hair dryer. Wifi worked flawlessly. Very nice and helpful hosts. If you are looking for a hotel in Sutomore (and you know what beaches and discos look like here) this is definitely worth recommending!

The location of the hotel is in the old town, you can hear the calling for the prayer from the near mosque. Alcohol is not allowed in public areas, the design of the hotel is old architecture blended with a modern taste. The staff is so professional and all smiles, ever so ready to help. (their smiles are genuine). The atmosphere as a whole is so calming and soothing. The breakfast is international and definitely delicious. The restaurant is of 3 levels and all facing the mountains, beautiful views while dinning. The Turkish tea is so outstanding, you do not want to miss it. The spa has all different kinds of massage including the Turkish Hammam.

Great hotel with all the comfort you need. We had a big nice room with a little balcony, as it was in the 7th floor with an amazing view. The staff was just the best and very welcoming. Special thanks to Anastasia and Milana for making our stay perfect. Everything was super clean. Breakfest buffet offered a nice variety of dishes and great coffee.

We spent wonderful two weeks in Montenegro, staying the entire time at Hotel Velkom. It is run by exceptionally warm and kind hosts who treat their guests with genuine care. We felt truly special throughout our stay. We had everything we needed here for a pleasant and relaxing holiday. It’s not often that we build such a lovely relationship with our hosts as we did here, which only confirms that this place is truly unique. The language barrier was never an issue - we enjoyed chatting with the hosts every day and learning many words in Montenegrin, and whenever needed, their son communicated perfectly in English. The hotel is located on the outskirts of Sutomore, in a quiet area just a few hundred meters from the lively tourist center of town (which was a deliberate choice on our part - it only took 10 minutes to get there and grab something to eat). In the evenings, we enjoyed relaxing on the spacious balcony with a breathtaking view of the entire bay, the town, the mountains, and the sunsets. We truly felt like we were living in luxury. On rest days, we made use of the hotel pool and the area around it, where we spent time comfortably. Just a 2-minute walk away, there were also several small public beaches, peaceful and perfect for relaxing in silence. For breakfast, we especially loved the delicious Montenegrin priganice, freshly made by the host himself. We could eat them endlessly… The hotel also offers an underground garage (at street level), with an elevator that takes you directly from there. It’s also worth mentioning that the rooms and the shared spaces are clean, and the Wi-Fi works very well. Excellent value for money. The location of the hotel is perfect as a base for exploring all of Montenegro. A big advantage is the convenient and affordable train and bus connections to many towns. We recommend visiting Stari Bar, Petrovac na Moru, Sveti Stefan, Budva, Kotor, and Ulcinj. Thank you for a wonderful time and a fantastic holiday. You are truly special!
