They were so welcoming and kind. It’s our first time in Morocco and even the first time on this continent. Our first stay was this location. We had no idea what to expect but we had an amazing stay and would love to visit again. The hosts were amazing! The food was above what I expected. It was really delicious and such big portions. Each time they asked if we wanted anything else. I would have wanted loads of everything because it tastes so good, but we were stuffed haha! Big portions. Beforehand I was a bit worried about having all allergy and eating by vegetarian. It turned out to be zero issues. The room was comfortable and we enjoyed the seating area. There was a fire on and we played games and relaxed. The area is also great for hiking. Also because we had a bit of issues getting cashed. We inquired if we could pay in euros. Also no problem.

The owner of the hotel Mr Rasheed is extremely kind and welcoming. Would like to thank him personally for helping me while i fell sick. The staff is also very friendly. The Auberge Tourtite was clean and comfortable with great amenities, but what really stood out to me was the exceptional service provided by the staff and owner. They were friendly, specially, Hamid in reception and Said in Restaurant, were helpful, and went out of their way to ensure that my stay was enjoyable. In particular, I appreciated the ride to the city center that the owner gave me, which was a kind gesture that made my trip much easier. I would highly recommend Auberge Tourtite to anyone visiting the area, and I look forward to staying there again in the future.
