Very traditional Moroccan design loved the tiles and the water feature was stunning. Location is ideal in the heart of fez old Madina. The roof terrace was amazing we can see the old Madina it took us back centuries. We loved this Riad it was full of charm.

Staying at Riad Jnane Fes Medina & Luxury Palace was one of the highlights of my trip to fez. The riad itself is stunning , a perfect blend of traditional Moroccan charm and modern comfort. But what made the stay truly special was the staff. Kenza welcomed us with the warmest smile and made me feel at home immediatly. Mostapha was equally wonderful --always attentive , and ready to help with anything i needed ,from directions to recommandations. Thanks to them, my time in fez felt effortless and memorable. Highly recommend this riad to anyone visiting the city.

I would absolutely recommend this Riad to everyone! I stayed here with my girlfriend Sabina for two nights. The Riad is run by young guys who truly do everything they can to make guests feel comfortable and at home. You can really see that they do their job with love, and with this review, I want to thank and support them for their wonderful work. We were welcomed by Muhammad (sorry if I spelled your name wrong!), and since we arrived early in the morning, he welcomed us with a delicious breakfast and tea, which we received as a kind gesture. The accommodation is in a great location, between two main streets in Fes. After breakfast, Muhammad sat down with us on the couch and took his time explaining the city map and giving us many great recommendations on where to go. Every day he asked how was our day. I really like to remember one evening when we sat on the couch with Muhammad and his friend, drinking tea and having a friendly two-hour conversation about Moroccan and European culture, religion, and traveling. That was what I liked the most – Muhammad and his colleagues were really interested in their guests, they made friends with them, and really wanted to get to know them. The accommodation is clean, colorful, safe, and a true example of honest human work. When we left Fes for Marrakech early in the morning, we got a breakfast to go and even a handwritten note with tips on what to visit in Marrakech. Thank you so much! :-) BIG PLUS: Muhammad is originally from Merzouga and can help you organize a desert trip (he’ll recommend and arrange a tour for you). Mach’s gut! I have just spent three very relaxing days & nights at Riad Fez Bab Rcif, and could not recommend the hotel more highly. I arrived at a very late hour, having had three hours’ sleep the night before, and having flown from London to Marrakech and then from Marrakesh to Fez all on the same day. From the very offet, Hassan and Mostafa and Co did everything they could to make my stay as comfortable and stress-free as possible. I arrived at the airport and was greeted by the driver (who Hassan had arranged in advance at a very reasonable price). He was holding a placard with my name upon it, which made me feel like a celebrity 😄 Upon reaching the hotel, I was greeted by Hassan who kindly showed me to my room. I then went to bed and had one of the best night's sleep I have ever had on my elaborately made bed! The following three days at the hotel were equally as pleasant. I felt as if I was living the life of a king within the walls of the magnificent Riad, which is quite literally a palace. My room was huge, spotless and fit for royalty, and my bed seemed to be made with striking regularity, something I am not used to but which was pleasant nonetheless! The breakfast, which I would describe as a well balanced assortment of Moroccan delights, was fantastic and very filling. The baked crepe with Nutella was also an unexpected and nice touch! I ate at the hotel's restaurant only once as I was spending a great deal of time running through the city in preparation for a marathon in a few months’ time (which Hassan and Mustafa and Co were kind enough to accommodate) However, on the one occasion I did eat at the there, the food was excellent, and inspired me to attempt some Moroccan cooking myself! I would highly recommend the Tagine with lamb, prunes & almonds, which was an absolute treat. The bottom line is that I would thoroughly recommend staying at Riad Fez Bab Rcif.

I stayed at the Palais Faraj just for one night and it gives me unforgettable emotions. The hotel has the best panoramic view in Fes. The restaurant on the rooftop offers different types of Cuisine: Moroccan and European. Both of them are amazing there. This is important part of my experience(!!): Unfortunately, after check out on the way to Marrakech I realized that I forgot my sweater at the hotel room. And thanks a lot for Manager Maryem. She did impossible really! She delivered me my sweater from Fes to Marrakech during 24 hours (!!!). I travel a lot, but I’m amazed by this type of service. She was so kind to me and helpful. We kept in touch until I got my sweater with me. This was priceless. I’m so glad for her attitude to me. Maryem, if you are reading this, thank you so much. I definitely highly recommend this hotel.
