It was an amazing stay. The structure is simple but gorgeous, with a nice internal garden with vegetables and fruits. The hosts are a group of young, local people with an amazing project: sharing local culture and transmitting local values. This has made our stay warm and authentic. They prepared for us an amazing dinner, cooked on the spot, with fresh vegetables picked from the garden. We enjoyed the dinner in front of the fireplace. It was incredible. We highly recommend and encourage this authentic experience!

The room was nice and peaceful, the staff and owners are nice and very welcoming. Delicious dinner. The riad is in a good position either if you want to visit the palm grove in Skoura, or for a relaxing stop on your way to Merzouga. Very nice if you want to have a break from the chaos of the city.

This place is simply amazing! Very very very clean, beautiful design - the best place in which we stayed during 10 days in Morocco. Fatima and Ahmed are lovely and tagine that Fatima cooked for us was also the best meal we’ve had during our trip. And we could eat it by the fireplace. Photos do not capture the beauty of this place - it is waaay better. Breakfast was expectional. If we ever come back to Morocco we would come again to Ahmed and Fatima with no doubt.

We made this our base for a brief trip away from Marrakesh...

We made this our base for a brief trip away from Marrakesh because of the oasis. Definitely worth coming to see the old way of life as a contrast to the city, and the mud brick kasbahs. I wouldn't bother staying for more than a couple of days unless you're happy doing very little. Nothing to do once it gets dark.

The hotel is fairly remote, and you will need either to hire a car or as we did use transport provided by the hotel for trips to the local market, palm groves, oasis, etc. "Maison 'd'hote Amridril" is a charming small venue. About six rooms only which form a row of low buildings in traditional style. Provisions are basic but adequate, the ornamental gardens are stocked with a abundant variety of plants and food can be provided on site cooked in the kitchen using produce from the hotel's own gardens. The swimming pool is a major feature, clean and well maintained and a couple of visitors arrived from other local hotels without one to use the pool. Overall, the hotel, having only six rooms is very quiet and peaceful. Aziz the manager and his assistants could not do enough to make our stay pleasant. I would return without question for a few quiet days at "Maison d'hote Amridril".

Very accommodating host.

Very accommodating host. The only issue was the mattress, which was changed as soon as it was brought to the host's notice. Meals were prepared by the lady of the house. Breakfast was included, evening meal was optional. Wifi was excellent. The hosts own palm and pomegranate orchards locally, and offered tours within his family's ownership and around the vast & historic Skoura oasis, with its many and varied casbahs. There is a range of places to eat in Skoura, an interesting street market and good banking.

a very lively town, with terraces, shops, they hold a market and there is even a huge and very lively weekly market, its people are very nice and it is a town that deserves a stop, there is a very important and almost unvisited kasbah, without crowds, a 10!!!

This is just my personal opinion, but it's definitely worth the trip. A real change of scenery! Dar Lorkam is highly recommended. The welcome and service were top-notch. A huge thank you again to the owners and all the staff.

Riad Aman Skoura is a fantastic boutique hotel in the middle of a green oasis. Upon arrival, we were immediately impressed by the large, beautiful pool. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped, and the surroundings are beautifully maintained. The staff is exceptionally friendly. They prepared a delicious dinner for us, and the breakfast was excellent as well. We highly recommend this hotel. We only stayed one night, but next time we would definitely stay two nights and relax by the pool before continuing our journey to the Sahara.

This was an absolute joy. I was interested in visiting a more rural area on my journey between Ouarzazate and Merzouga, so I stopped by in Skoura - and what a fantastic surprise this guest house was. The people here are incredibly kind and welcoming, and I even got to enjoy a little adventure with a bike ride and trying some pottery. If you appreciate relaxing on the rooftop, enjoying very, very good food, and feeling like a truly welcomed guest, this is the place for you. One of the best experiences I’ve had on my travels.

The food is just amazing, best we've had in Morocco, home made with fresh vegetables and fruit from the garden. Sleeping surrounded by palm trees and a beautiful vegetable garden was great, kids loved it. The place has a lot of charm, each room is a little bungalow. The hosts were absolutely fantastic, I recommend booking a tour with them in Skoura. This is not a luxury hotel, however the quality of the food and service bythe owners makes all the difference and will make you feel welcome and at home

Such a amazing family. They cared about us as much as possible. Cooked amazing tajin for a dinner (best we had in Morocco). Breakfast was so big that you cannot eat it. And room was huge with plenty decorations. Owner and his family will give you insight to the daily life and explain a lot of things about country which is great plus. Now we are dades experts :D. We will come back one day :) and thanks for everything!
