We were welcomed like family into this beautiful, quiet, relaxing Kasbah. Our room was beautiful, as were the gardens. The pool is large and perfect for relaxing around and enjoying the sun. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay.

It was an amazing stay. The structure is simple but gorgeous, with a nice internal garden with vegetables and fruits. The hosts are a group of young, local people with an amazing project: sharing local culture and transmitting local values. This has made our stay warm and authentic. They prepared for us an amazing dinner, cooked on the spot, with fresh vegetables picked from the garden. We enjoyed the dinner in front of the fireplace. It was incredible. We highly recommend and encourage this authentic experience!

The accommodation was in a small village in a typical house near Skoura. Picturesque location. The food and stuff was excellent. The room has heating/AC. We met with the owner in downtown Skoura and followed him to the house. I recommend doing the same.

The hosts were very welcoming and gentle. Nice people all around. The kasbah has some antique pieces of Berber culture in the main saloon. They offered us some tea at out arrival. The room was nicely decorated, spacious and comfortable. It had AC/heating. The bathroom was clean and the shower had enough power and water was hot. The dinner and breakfast were just great. The location is literally next to the main road, quite convenient. Super good value for the money.

The food is just amazing, best we've had in Morocco, home made with fresh vegetables and fruit from the garden. Sleeping surrounded by palm trees and a beautiful vegetable garden was great, kids loved it. The place has a lot of charm, each room is a little bungalow. The hosts were absolutely fantastic, I recommend booking a tour with them in Skoura. This is not a luxury hotel, however the quality of the food and service bythe owners makes all the difference and will make you feel welcome and at home

My family had a really enjoyable two nights at Kasbah Tiriguioute. The hotel organised a transfer from Ouarzazate airport which went smoothly. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel itself is a beautiful building, full of character, set in lovely grounds. When we visited, the garden's pomegranate, orange and date trees were brimming with fruit (which were served at our meals) and the olives were about to be picked to be pressed into oil. It was extremely peaceful and a lovely way to start our trip to southern Morocco. Breakfast was plentiful with fresh orange juice, bread, pancakes, fried eggs, fruit and yogurt served and the evening meals were simple but delicious featuring a salad or soup starter, a tagine followed by fruit for dessert. The pool area was lovely, we swam, although the water was pretty cold in late October as the evenings get chilly. The hotel is a short taxi ride from the nearest town of Skoura, which has a huge market on a Monday and Thursday. The market is not remotely touristy or particularly pretty to photograph but we loved looking around. We got a real feel for what Moroccans really buy. No one hassled us and we experienced friendliness when we bought some fruit and snacks. On our final day it snowed heavily on the High Atlas Mountains which are clearly visible from the hotel, giving us a stunning view. A lovely hotel which we'd recommend.

We made this our base for a brief trip away from Marrakesh...

We made this our base for a brief trip away from Marrakesh because of the oasis. Definitely worth coming to see the old way of life as a contrast to the city, and the mud brick kasbahs. I wouldn't bother staying for more than a couple of days unless you're happy doing very little. Nothing to do once it gets dark.

The hotel is fairly remote, and you will need either to hire a car or as we did use transport provided by the hotel for trips to the local market, palm groves, oasis, etc. "Maison 'd'hote Amridril" is a charming small venue. About six rooms only which form a row of low buildings in traditional style. Provisions are basic but adequate, the ornamental gardens are stocked with a abundant variety of plants and food can be provided on site cooked in the kitchen using produce from the hotel's own gardens. The swimming pool is a major feature, clean and well maintained and a couple of visitors arrived from other local hotels without one to use the pool. Overall, the hotel, having only six rooms is very quiet and peaceful. Aziz the manager and his assistants could not do enough to make our stay pleasant. I would return without question for a few quiet days at "Maison d'hote Amridril".

Very accommodating host.

Very accommodating host. The only issue was the mattress, which was changed as soon as it was brought to the host's notice. Meals were prepared by the lady of the house. Breakfast was included, evening meal was optional. Wifi was excellent. The hosts own palm and pomegranate orchards locally, and offered tours within his family's ownership and around the vast & historic Skoura oasis, with its many and varied casbahs. There is a range of places to eat in Skoura, an interesting street market and good banking.

I loved everything about this place! The staff were incredibly friendly, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the pool area felt like a peaceful oasis. The host even reached out in advance to ask if we planned to have dinner at the hotel, a true sign of care and great organisational skills. We were welcomed with tea upon arrival, which was such a thoughtful touch. Breakfast was delicious, enjoyed outdoors with the sound of birds in the background. We only stayed one night but truly wished we could’ve stayed longer!

The hosts were superb - friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating, and attentive but not obtrusive. Extremely knowledgeable and shared the history of Morocco and Skoura oasis. Had a bicycle ready and waiting for me when I arrived (as I had asked in advance), and gave me advice and insights on what to see locally. Meals (breakfast and dinner) were excellent. Air conditioning was excellent. It was great to have the experience of staying in a kasbah, and to see the items in the museum on the first floor (a real bonus).

We stayed at Kasbah La Palmeraie and found it to be basic but well worth it for the low price. The food was excellent – fresh, delicious, and locally sourced. The rooftop terrace was a perfect spot to relax and take in the stunning views of the surrounding landscape. The host truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even arranging a donkey ride for us, which was such a fun and memorable experience. A lovely and authentic stay in Morocco!

This is a beautiful kasbah in a gorgeous and peaceful location just by the river. Staying here was the highlight of our holiday in Morocco. Mohamed did everything to make us feel so at home and organised great activities for us each day. The food was delicious and so much of it! This is really a wonderful place to stay.
