The hotel is in a good location close to the Medina and Rabat and within tram reach of the Medina of Sale. The hotel met our expectations. A well thoughtout design of their facilities., spacious,comfortable and pristinely clean bedding. Jalal, the manager's professional and genuine attention to guest's comfort and relaxation, in my view is the magic ingredient. He anticipated my needs and managed my expectations brilliantly. Additionally, all support staff not directly related to customer care acknowledged me with a smile and a greeting. I tried to extend my stay there but unfortunately there were no vacancies.

Peaceful and beautiful hotel in a busy city. The gardens are extensive and absolutely gorgeous. The rooms are well designed, with comfy beds and pillows. The bar and dining areas are nice and the food is good. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The city centre is only a cheap taxi ride away if you can bear to leave.

I really enjoyed my stay at Chic Hotel. The hotel has a very modern and stylish design, and everything felt clean and well maintained. The room was comfortable and nicely decorated, making it easy to relax after a day out in Rabat. The staff were polite, helpful, and always available when needed. This hotel is going to be the top spot in Rabat once it's fully up and running. The design is just stunning inside and out. The beds are hands down the comfiest I've slept on anywhere in Morocco, and the rooms are incredibly soundproof. Bathrooms are gorgeous with huge showers and top-notch fixtures. Food quality is exceptional—breakfast had a massive buffet with lots of healthy choices, and room service was delicious both times we tried it. Staff are all so friendly, kind, and welcoming. I'd recommend it without a second thought and look forward to staying again.
