Yes the property was very nice very clean and the owner and amin and his dad they were very nice very helpful. Anything we want to suggest knock my door we had a lovely time and all people in Moulay. They’re so nice. The one I park at the car the café everywhere they’re so nice and polite.

Spacious and felt pretty luxurious. Amenities and food were open till late hours. The location felt safe and plenty of hammams and souk around. Breakfast was the best! Plenty of variety served up to the room ( if you sleep in) that was very accommodating. Staffs were kind and respectful.

We’ve spent 5 nights and 6 days in the riad, when we arrived at the airport we got in contact with Abdo and he came to pick us up at the airport, he also managed the transport to the airport when we had to go back. When we arrived at the riad we were in shock with the beauty of the riad, it is very nice and well decorated and also very clean. We got the opportunity to sleep in a bigger room the first night and then moved to our room for the rest of the night. The room was perfect, very clean and the bed was really comfortable, they changed the towels and the bed everyday. The breakfast was AMAZING! We’re actually missing the amazing breakfast we had everyday at the riad. The location is perfect as it is close to everything and in a very peaceful area. Very big thanks to Abdo, Sahid and Mustafá, they’re really nice and friendly we actually had dinner with them one night after festing and the food was amazing, we really felt like home every single day we’ve spent at the riad!! They always had a big smile on their face and were also very friendly. Can’t wait to be back!!!

Very traditional Moroccan design loved the tiles and the water feature was stunning. Location is ideal in the heart of fez old Madina. The roof terrace was amazing we can see the old Madina it took us back centuries. We loved this Riad it was full of charm.

Staying at Riad Jnane Fes Medina & Luxury Palace was one of the highlights of my trip to fez. The riad itself is stunning , a perfect blend of traditional Moroccan charm and modern comfort. But what made the stay truly special was the staff. Kenza welcomed us with the warmest smile and made me feel at home immediatly. Mostapha was equally wonderful --always attentive , and ready to help with anything i needed ,from directions to recommandations. Thanks to them, my time in fez felt effortless and memorable.
