The hotel is well placed for access to and from the airport. The restaurant was very smart and modern with a great outdoor dining area where we had breakfast.. The roof top was an Ideal place to relax by the pool on our last day whilst waiting to go to the airport. The room was very comfortable and modern. The biggest attraction of the hotel was the staff, I had interaction with the restaurant staff who were extremely polite and efficient. The most important and positive experience we had was with the reception staff (Wiam and Yasmina ) who on 2 occasions went to exceptional lengths to help us and resolve a couple of issues, they were absolutely fabulous.

The location is excellent as it’s close to the airport and I had a very early flight. The room was very spacious, bed very comfortable and everything was very clean as well.The staff was also very friendly and the check in went smoothly. Extremely good value considering the price!

We travelled with small kids. Super satisfied with staff - all very nice and friendly - and premises. Kids activity club was essential part and exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed pool area a lot - different size and depth. Thank you! If happens, we will be glad to come back.

Everything about this place was brilliant. The rooms were very modern and had everything you needed. The pool area was beautiful and the food was lovely. The manager Ahmed was fantastic and I just want to say thank you to him for looking after us all :-).

It was outstanding stay with outstanding service and beautiful wiev to the nature. At the same time very close to city center. Hotel very clean and staff very supportive. Good kitchen with good food. Recreation zone with different kind of pools suitable not only to swim, but also to spend time with book. Main manager Mr. Ahmed was very supportive and professional. Best manager I've met during my 30 years of traveling in Europe. We will come back
