I must give a special mention to all the staff — from the doormen, concierge, and front desk to housekeeping, and the waiters and waitresses at the restaurants — who made my stay with my family a truly incredible experience. The facilities were immaculate, with beautiful pools, and the rooms were amazing. Park Hyatt has never disappointed me, but this was possibly my best experience yet.

They welcomed us beautifully and luxuriously. The staff are very friendly and the service is professional. The food was very good. I was greeted with warm hospitality and friendly staff, The check-in process was efficient and seamless, and I was promptly shown to my elegant and spacious room inside a villa. They have villas and suites so you can bring your friends or family to enjoy the place together. The room itself was a haven of relaxation, featuring comfortable beds, and a breathtaking view of the resort's well-manicured gardens and traditional artwork. The restaurant served an array of mouthwatering Moroccan and international dishes, prepared by talented chefs . I had the opportunity to indulge in the spa's rejuvenating treatments, which left me feeling pampered and revitalized. From the hamam to the massage to the jacuzzi The swimming pools provided a refreshing escape from the Moroccan heat, and the expansive gardens provided a serene environment for relaxation and exploration.

Said and Nezha Thaifa were amazing hosts and their staff, especially the other Said, were really kind and making sure we were comfortable. It felt like staying with family honestly: they even bought a football for my son to play, and M.Said and my son watched football games on TV together. The property was in a quiet location 15km away from the craziness of the medina so it was great to come back late afternoon to enjoy the pool and relax. The food was delicious, all home cooked freshly every day. The free breakfast was copious and very good. And for dinners we got to try all the tajines cooked by Nezha and her team… probably the best we’ve ever tried! We also got to try all the traditional Maroccan starters and desserts. :) Room was spacious and comfortable.
