From start to finish, our experience was exceptional. The staff was welcoming and attentive, always ensuring our comfort without being intrusive. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and located perfectly for exploring the area. Our room was spacious, with a bed so comfortable it was hard to leave! Dining was a highlight—the meals were fresh, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. This hotel exceeded every expectation, and we can’t wait to return. Five stars all round

Mr. Abderrahim’s welcome at reception was exceptionally warm. He was professional, attentive, and extremely kind. The breakfast was varied and plentiful, offering a wide selection to suit all tastes. Exactly as described in photos. Modern hi-end tastefully decorated aparthotel. Smart tv, hi speed wifi, aircond and heating and hot water good water pressure in shower. Excellent soundproofing. Working lift and cafeteria next door- very reasonably priced. Adequate kitchenette. Kettle and microwave were provided but no tea coffee facilities. Very comfy king size bed for a good nights sleep. Huge nice sofa bed in living room. Too bad we didnt get to try the spa. Also a pool which is nice but we didnt get to use due to winter. Close to amenities. A bit out of town but easily accessible via taxi (30-40 dirham) or drive into the medina.
