Beautiful cave house with amazing decoration- could look at all the rugs and ceramics and paintings forever! The hosts were really friendly and helpful, I don’t speak French but still they managed to communicate with me. It had a really nice communal feeling, as another family was staying and we had a delicious dinner and breakfast together and played cards! Highly recommend :)

Great location, stunning view by the terrace. delicious breakfast. Friendly and really knowledgeable host Kamal. He gave us lots of useful and practical info on how to travel in Morocco. Kamal is a proper city insider and knows a lot about Moroccan culture and history and thanks to his experiences abroad he possesses great communication skills. Very welcoming and helpful staff that even came to pick us up when our vehicle broke down. The room was nice and comfortable. We enjoyed having hot chocolate near the fireplace at the restaurant. The hotel is close to the market and looks very nice, both inside and outside. The parking was also good.

It was perfect for a night and a trip to Irfane and Fes. Good location and very clean.

The building is very worn out, but its a magical place for those of you who love interesting and original architecture in a not so ordinary place. I wouldn’t recommend it to those of you who are looking for a standard hotel with all modern amenities. The staff is very friendly and willing to do all that is in their possibilities to make your stay comfortable.

Everything was perfect from start to finish the owner couldn’t have been anymore helpful we needed some things at the shop which is about a. 20 mins drive away have her a message for a taxi number and she had a private driver at the villa door within 10 mins very clearly property that is family friendly villa has everything you need and we will definitely be back
