All the best of a guesthouse and hotel in one. Very relaxing pool, gardens, rooms; lots of space to do your thing, swim think, read :) Just a very relaxing environment. I recommend the home cooked food even though it's a bit more expensive than a restaurant (the food is a bit more unique than the restaurants and portions are massive also). Chantal is welcoming and flexible with my terrible French 😂

I must give a special mention to all the staff — from the doormen, concierge, and front desk to housekeeping, and the waiters and waitresses at the restaurants — who made my stay with my family a truly incredible experience. The facilities were immaculate, with beautiful pools, and the rooms were amazing. Park Hyatt has never disappointed me, but this was possibly my best experience yet.

They welcomed us beautifully and luxuriously. The staff are very friendly and the service is professional. The food was very good. The stylish hotel was fantastic and even better than the pictures ! We had a wonderful stay. It was clean and Frank couldn’t have been more helpful throughout our stay. The pool was fantastic for the kids and the food was the best we’ve had in Morocco… we will definitely be back 💕

Said and Nezha Thaifa were amazing hosts and their staff, especially the other Said, were really kind and making sure we were comfortable. It felt like staying with family honestly: they even bought a football for my son to play, and M.Said and my son watched football games on TV together. The property was in a quiet location 15km away from the craziness of the medina so it was great to come back late afternoon to enjoy the pool and relax. The food was delicious, all home cooked freshly every day. The free breakfast was copious and very good. And for dinners we got to try all the tajines cooked by Nezha and her team… probably the best we’ve ever tried! We also got to try all the traditional Maroccan starters and desserts. :) Room was spacious and comfortable.
