It's a very quiet place. Beautiful nature. Good for a longer camping. We had all the necessary stuff in the kitchen and bathroom. We found beds quite comfortable.

The care of the people who work there is remarkable, they're really helpful and gentle and run everything with great care and love. The room is bigger than a standard hotel room, the bed is perfect and the bathroom has everything you may need. I stayed one night but if i had to stay one or two weeks i wouldn't complain at all. Cleanliness is perfect. Position of the hotel 10 minutes or less from the center in a nice area. Breakfast is excellent, with lots of variety and tasty food. If you find yourself in the area Villa Vanilla is a safe choice.

This was one of the most interesting places I've seen in Latvia! Atmosphere and history are abundant. Bed was super big and comfortable. The breakfast was one of the best I have ever had, anywhere. Kudos to the chef for the quality of every item on the buffet!

Great place to stay for a few nights - we really enjoyed the restaurant belonging to the hotel. Make sure you try some of the drinks on the menu. We used the hotel as a hub for visiting the nationalpark.
