From the moment we stepped foot into the hotel, we were greeted with warm smiles and an impeccable level of hospitality. The first thing that caught our attention was the TV in our room, which seemed like a treasure. Not only did it offer every channel, but it also had access to various streaming services, including a free-to-use Netflix account. Speaking of the room, it was nothing short of pristine. Even after rearranging the beds to suit our preferences, not a speck of dust or a missed spot could be found. The housekeeping staff deserves immense praise for their attention to detail. But what truly made our experience at the Hotel unforgettable was the owner himself. Even after we were an hour late for our check-in, he went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable trip. From offering insightful recommendations on must-visit sights and local eateries to sharing stories about the city's history, he made us feel like cherished guests, not just customers. To top it all off, the owner gave us his personal phone number for if we had any questions, we could contact him any hour of the day. It was an unexpected gesture of generosity. If you're looking for a place that combines comfort, warmth, and top-notch service, then It's a gem waiting to be discovered. We visited on our way up North and we made a detour on our way back to stay at Viesu as we had an excellent experience before. We were greeted with the same warmth as previously. We extended our stay, but as the hosts were themselves out of town, they made sure we could leave on our own. How great is that?!

It was all inclusive vacation- you can find everything what you might need, everything was clean (or even new) and modern. Everything is thought out to the smallest details-even big umbrella near barbecue place. Also many entertainments were under the roof: nous, table tennis, darts etc.

The staff, place and cottage were amazing. Everything was so clean and spotless. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need for making food and there were enough blankets, in case you got cold.

Everything was perfect. When we arrived they even had the hot tub ready. We really liked that there was a spacious outside playground for the kids. A calm seaside is only a few minutes away which was really nice. To sum up, it was really worth the money and we had a really great time. 👍🏻
