Most certainly location, it was right in the centre which made it easy and convenient for us. Staff were very friendly. We left personal possessions behind after checkout and were contacted by the property advising us, which in my opinion shows the transparency. On the booking.com it stated that bedding and towels are at extra fee, I can confirm that it must be an error because these are included in the price.

The place is beautiful, very clean, and exactly as described. The area is peaceful and quiet, with amazing surroundings that make it perfect for a chill getaway. Everything matched the photos, and I’d definitely come back again!

The best place we stayed in Lettonia! Wonderful estate in the countryside, very friendly and welcoming owners. I recommend it without any reservations.

The customer service: we arrived very late, the owner called and left us the room details. It the room there’s a small fridge freezer , towels and even a hair dryer- surprising! But pleasant. Complimentary boat or catamaran ride on the lake. Children’s playground Electric kettle and mugs in the hall.
