This stay was our first at this chain of hotels and we are converts! All spaces, public and private, were fun, comfortable and clean. Buffet breakfast offered hot and cold items, kept the tables cleared, and restocked items regularly. All the food was good and fresh. They had a room to work in with electric plugins, a quiet room and a copier that we couldn't get to work; however, the front desk did print for us. The rooftop bar was very welcoming and fun. All spaces were nicely decorated. Most of the staff was competent and helpful. Beds, bathrooms and rooms were all comfortable. Toiletries included a soap bar for hair and body washing along with regular soap and face cleaning pads and ear cleaning buds.

Amazing location. Tram station nearby, easy parking. Very friendly staff. Very comfortable and cosy room, clean bathroom facilities. Very tasty breakfast with variety of choices. There are many cute local souvenirs at reception area. The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas.

we had a great time staying there, first we booked a double room but a few weeks before our arrival we informed them that we will be 3 and they gave us a family room at no additional costs! That was amazing since we already had an early bird offer! The in room breakfast is also totally worth it and we enjoyed our stay to the fullest! The location didn't bother us since public transport is free of charge in Luxemburg so you can easily hop on every bus!
