The location and the view on the valley are amazing. the lodge offers a unique experience. it is so peaceful and restful. the staff was really kind and helpful. the environment is beautiful and the room was amazing equipped with everything.

The perfect getaway. We travelled in November. Stayed in a lodge that was spacious with 4 bedrooms with comfortable beds, 3 bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. The balconies/terraces had a view to the river, perfect place to relax for breakfast and a dinner after a long walk. Since there are only a few lodges, you feel isolated and if you want will hardly see a soul. Perfect piece. I guess that in austral summer it will get more busy. The reception and restaurant are up the hill, you can take the long way around or take a steepish shortcut. Close to the lodges there is a river pool when you could take a refreshing dip after the walk. There are three routes basically to take starting from the lodge, we took the challenging one but the views were worth it. Don't be confused as this is the same, one and only, Maliba Lodge. In the beginning we thought that this was another accomodation but for some reason it appears as a different booking option.
