We've stayed at a lot of hotels during our 3 week honeymoon travelling all of Sri Lanka, but Wild Culture Yala was hands down the best!! All the staff is super attentive, friendly and very easy going. We had the pleasure of spending a lot of time with Upul, who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable! Besides the staff the food, pool, rooms and general Atmosphere and facilities are great and well worth a 12/10 score if possible :) PS: book the safari with the hotel. The price is competitive with other options we investigated, and the driver is super skilled and the car is very good.

One of the best resort experiences we've ever had!! I came with my wife and 1.5yo kid and the staff were extremely attentive and accommodating to many requests (mostly for my kid) and we had a great stay. The pool was amazing and the facilities were well maintained and clean. Highly recommended!! :)

This was a nicely designed hotel, with spacious rooms. Conveniently located for Yala safari pickups. There was even a peacock to greet us every morning outside our balcony!

The host, Udara is awesome. He took us to a beautiful local temple and the scene behind the temple is beautiful and peaceful.... good place for meditation. He organised the safari trip for us. We had a home made packed breakfast on the safari , really good. We also ordered lunch cooked by Udara's mother.....yummy sri lankan food. Only regret, we only had 1 day at Yala.
