Everything is perfect about this property! Everything is super clean, view is breathtaking, the owner is always ready to help you with every single question. You can have very delicious breakfast or italian dinner on the rooftop. From very first second you feeel like home. Sri lanka could be intense and busy in some places, so location was perfect, because you are close to everything, but also have quiet village life with empty and clean beaches. But 2km drive and you reach the main surf beach with all surf schools. Best experience for sure!❤️

Great place to stop. The owners were nice and hospitable, we were greeted with a welcomed drink of juice and two bottles of water. They will answer all your questions about the area. The building is new, clean, tidy, the stay was great. Breakfast was delicious. The best place to stay in Weligama

New hotel just infront of the bay. Room was amazing and very cleaned and spacious, we were on the third fllor and could see entire waligama bay from our room. There is a nice roof top as well to see the sunset. Very friendly staff and they are helping for everything. Delicious breakfast. We definitely come back again. Highly recommended.

The property and the surroundings are just amazing, the room is new, clean and the resort has many different amenities enjoyable during the stay. What has made the staying so good was the staff, especially Mr Chandana who took promptly care of us and of any necessities we had. It was incredible two weeks at the Tropical Villa! I love this place so much! Me and my husband enjoyed spending our vacation here. Huge thanks to the team who makes this villa such comfortable, cozy and safe place! We had a spacious and clean room on the first floor. It was so cool to wake up and go straight to the pool and then practice yoga in the yard. After that we enjoyed a wonderful breakfast (scramble, sausages, bacon, salad, fresh juice, fruits, bread toasts with butter and jam, coffee). Location is top. Ocean, fish point, different cafes, money exchange point, bus station are super close (2-5 minutes walk). Most of the surf spots and a big grocery store are about 10-15 minutes walk. Staff are super friendly, attentive and helpful. Don’t hesitate to talk to them and ask if you need something. One day we asked about a safari tour and the next day we got round trip transfer, guide and jeep (exploring the Yala Park).
